Position Summary:
The Office Coordinator supports the Nutrition Services Department by managing administrative workflows, maintaining departmental records, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role performs a broad range of clerical functions, including data entry, invoice processing, phone support, and database maintenance, to support the Director of Nutrition Services, Dietitians, and Food Production leadership. Working closely with departmental staff, the Office Coordinator helps uphold service quality through accurate documentation, timely communication, and well-organized administrative systems that support patient meal services and overall department operations. This position functions within a collaborative, service-oriented team environment and may also provide occasional support for room service and point-of-sale processes to help maintain seamless service delivery.
