Job summary

Richman Law & Policy is seeking a full-time Office Coordinator to act as the operational backbone of the firm, supporting attorneys and staff while ensuring smooth office systems and schedules. You will touch nearly every aspect of operations and play a visible, valued role on the team.

The role involves managing the summer intern class, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with media materials. A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 1–3 years of administrative or legal support experience

  • 1–3 years of administrative or legal support experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion with confidential information.
  • Familiarity with Clio, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and staff.
  • Oversee the Paralegal and Law & Policy Analyst.
  • Coordinate with vendors, building management, and service providers; manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage the summer intern class end-to-end, from recruitment and interviewing through onboarding and assignment placement.
  • Sourcing materials for intern curricula and firm educational programming; and
  • Assisting with media and communications, including development of the firm's marketing and educational materials.
  • Answer and route phone calls with professionalism; serve as a first point of contact for clients and partners; and
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing executive administrative support as needed.

About the Role

This position is a full-time Office Coordinator position with Richman Law & Policy. The Office Coordinator is the operational backbone of the firm, providing administrative support to attorneys and staff and ensuring the office, its systems, and its schedules run smoothly. Because we are a boutique firm, the Office Coordinator will touch nearly every aspect of firm operations and play a visible, valued role on the team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and staff across the firm's practice;
