Method Cleaning Services seeks a part-time cleaner for an office environment. The role focuses on general cleaning duties with attention to detail and reliability. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm, totaling 10 hours per week.

Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, can follow directions, and work well in a team setting. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a background check will be conducted.

Qualificações

Job Description

Immediate opening for a part-time person to provide cleaning in an office environment. We are looking for a responsible person, with a strong work ethic who has strong attention to detail to perform general office cleaning duties.

• Monday through Friday (10 hours/week) - 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Sweep & mop floors, stairs, and other surfaces (inside buildings).
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.
• Clean and dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, etc.
• Wash window sills; glass in interior doors, partition, and specified windows.
• Wash glass and trim at entrance doors, interior/exterior- Wash/spot clean interior walls as appropriate daily.
• Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily. Standard bathroom procedures are to damp-wipe glass surfaces, empty wastebaskets, service soap, and toilet paper dispensers, dust sills, clean tile walls, shelves, stall partitions, sweep/mop/scrub floors, etc. on rotating schedules.
• Collect building trash daily placing it in an approved container including replacing liners in wastebaskets and placing collected trash in designated collection area for subsequent removal.

Requirements

• Prior Cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Must be able to speak, interpret and read the English language with fluency.
• Ability to follow schedules, keep commitments & demonstrate professionalism
• Able to bend, reach and lift up to 30 pounds comfortably.
• Have a valid driver’s license and your own transportation.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check, including criminal history.
