Job description

National Property Management Associates Inc located in the Village of Orchard Park is looking for a Part-Time Cleaning Professional to carry out cleaning duties for our corporate office and our commercial suite Barrington. The goal is to keep our buildings clean, sanitized, and in an orderly condition. Must have valid driver's license, have reliable transportation and be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Schedule: Monday & Friday 2PM - 5PM ; Tuesday - Thursday 2PM-9PM

Responsibilities:

• General office cleaning including vacuuming, emptying trash, running the dishwasher, dusting, glass cleaning, bathroom cleaning, and any other duties deem necessary
• Stock paper products and hand soaps when necessary
• Upkeep and maintenance of general office appearance
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Inform office coordinator when cleaning supplies need replenishing or replacement.

Skills:

• Proven work experience as a cleaning professional
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity
• Able to climb stairs and lift at least 10 lbs.

Salary: $20 per hour
