Job summary

Clean Team in Xenia, OH seeks a dedicated Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at our dental location. Prior janitorial experience is preferred; training will be provided. The role supports a safe, sanitary environment for employees and visitors.

Shifts run Monday–Friday from 7:00pm to 9:00pm with no weekend work. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-focused, and capable of working independently in a professional cleaning team.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred; training will be provided.
• Evening shift availability: Monday–Friday 7:00pm–9:00pm.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Push/pull up to 20 pounds; stand for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of restrooms, hallways, and other designated areas within the commercial building
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Duties

• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
