Position Summary

Gather and empty trash; service, clean and supply restrooms; clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming; clean windows and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges or squeegees; dust furniture, walls, fixtures and office machines; sweep outdoor walkways, trim vegetation/grass and keep grounds free of litter and weeds; change A/C filters monthly and change light bulbs as needed.

Requirements

• High degrees of self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as a team member over long periods of time within the scope of established rules and regulations.
• Ability to read, write, and speak clear English to communicate with co-workers and the general public
• Should have proven, sustained record of high-quality work
• Ability to lift, lower, and carry items that typically weigh 25-50 pounds varying distances; up to 75 pounds assisted
• Ability to bend, twist, walk, run, kneel, crouch, stoop, or do repetitive movement as required by the position
• Ability to ascend and descend stairs and/or ladders
• Valid MA Driver's License with at least 3 years of a good driving history preferred

Successful candidate must undergo a drug test and background search.
