Job summary

Allwell Behavioral Health Services in Coshocton, OH seeks a registered or licensed practical nurse to provide office-based nursing within mental health and substance use programs. You will apply the Nursing Process, educate clients and staff, and coordinate care to support community health.

The role requires Ohio nursing licensure (LPN or RN), 3–5 years in relevant settings, strong problem-solving and teamwork, and a valid Ohio driver's license with travel to nearby offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active, valid, unrestricted Ohio nursing license (LPN or RN).
• Preferred 3-5 years of nursing practice in mental health, substance use disorder, or physical health settings with leadership and teaching abilities.
• Must have current valid Ohio Driver’s License and be acceptable to Allwell’s insurance.
• Must have solid problem solving/nursing skills.
• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Must be able to prioritize and manage a schedule with multiple demands involving clients, colleagues, and the general public.
• Monitors productivity standards and licensure compliance issues.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for primarily office-based nursing services to the population of clients with mental health/substance use.
• Provides health and safety education programs to team members, clients, group home operators, residential settings, and Allwell staff as indicated.
• May include limited travel to other offices, paid mileage eligible.
