RNR Tire Express is hiring a full-time Collections Specialist in Sumter, SC to renew customer agreements and collect payments. The role centers on phone interactions and computer work to manage accounts and customer relationships.

You will contact customers with expired agreements, resolve issues, and schedule merchandise turn-ins while supporting a fast-paced, team-driven environment and contributing to growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in rental/collection or rent-to-own environments.
• Valid driver’s license with clean history.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Flexible schedule required.
• Professional English communication; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries to renew agreements.
• Review applications and identify opportunities to renew customer accounts.
• Communicate with customers about expired agreements and payments.
• Schedule voluntary merchandise turn-ins and coordinate pickup when needed.
• Maintain relationships and meet weekly renewal and payment goals.
