Palmetto Woods is a family-owned residential community near Shaw AFB seeking an organized, people-oriented Office Associate to manage daily office operations, greet residents, coordinate with vendors, and support management. Palmetto Woods is a family-owned residential subdivision focused on selling new and preowned manufactured homes as well as leasing and is located 1 mile from Shaw Air Force Base.

In this role, you’ll be an important part of the day-to-day operation of our community. You’ll work with residents, vendors, employees, and management while gaining hands‑on experience in the many areas of property management. Every day brings something different—from helping a resident resolve an issue to coordinating tenant repairs, maintaining records, supporting the other team members, and helping keep the community running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive resident and company information appropriately.
• Learn and apply landlord‑tenant law, applicable housing regulations, company policies, and fair housing requirements.
• Perform other duties that support the successful operation of the community.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of administrative, customer service, property management, real estate, or related experience. Property management or real estate experience is a plus!

• Professional, friendly, and confident when interacting with residents and the public.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams. Must be able to learn proprietary software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to walk throughout the community and lift, move, or carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.
