Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, friendly customer service including inquiries on insurance, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims and billing
• Work with the agent to set and meet marketing goals
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
