Job summary

Maersk in Coppell, TX is seeking an Office Associate to deliver excellent customer service to all callers and support pilots and cartage agents within Maersk Ground Freight. The role includes answering calls, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal teams to keep shipments moving.

Responsibilities also cover tracking and updating shipments, responding to emails, and providing timely quotes with routing options.

JOB SUMMARY:

Pay Range:

$17.00 - $19.00 an hour based on experience
