We're seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to contribute to the smooth operation of our hospital's administrative functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence to ensure efficient communication.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain calendars for hospital personnel.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining electronic and paper files.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
