Job summary

Monadnock Community Hospital's Monadnock Family Care in Peterborough, NH, is seeking an Office Assistant for a per diem, part-time role. You will greet patients, manage calls and emails, schedule appointments, and support billing and data entry to help keep our administrative operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent communication, and the ability to handle confidential information

Description

Looking for an opportunity to play a vital role in a close-knit community hospital? Join the team at Monadnock Community Hospital, located in the heart of Peterborough, New Hampshire. We're seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to contribute to the smooth operation of our hospital's administrative functions.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence to ensure efficient communication.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain calendars for hospital personnel.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining electronic and paper files.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
  • Support billing and invoicing processes as needed.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.

Working Hours
