The Ray School is seeking to hire an Office Assistant & Receptionistwho sincerely enjoys elementary students and their families. The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate in a positive manner, have excellent phone skills, be proficient in various computer technology systems, and have strong organizational skills.
The Office Assistant & Receptionist’s duties include welcoming guests and greeting visitors of the school as well asenforcing basic entry security measures. This role also coordinates front-deskactivities, including attendance, arrival/dismissal, distributing correspondence, answering and redirecting in-coming phone calls, othergeneral office duties as needed.
Position begins immediately, open until filled.
This position is governed by the HSS/NEA-NH Union Agreement .
