Since 2009, the Lawrenceville–Suwanee School of Music (LSSM) has proudly served the Lawrenceville-Suwanee community with exceptional music education. With nearly 1,200 students across two thriving locations, we offer lessons for students ages 4 through adult in a wide variety of instruments. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to support our front desk and daily operations. This is an immediate opening and a long-term opportunity for someone who is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and excited to grow within a fast-paced, student-centered organization.
The Office Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk and administrative operations at the Lawrenceville–Suwanee School of Music. Reporting to the Manager or Assistant Manager, this role provides exceptional customer service to students, parents, instructors, and staff while maintaining a welcoming, organized, and safe environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, multitasking, and being part of a mission-driven team.
Employees in this role are expected to actively participate in ongoing professional development, including individual learning, team development activities, and department-wide initiatives (e.g., training sessions, workshops, book clubs, or similar learning programs).
This is not a temporary position. Candidates must be available for long-term employment and committed to at least 6 months of training and growth.
