The Irvine Unified School District is seeking an Office Assistant II to perform clerical duties in support of school operations. Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting visitors, and maintaining records. Ideal candidates will have clerical experience and a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute. Under the supervision of the assigned administrator, performs a variety of clerical duties to support an assigned school office, department, or program. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting and assisting students, parents, staff, and visitors, and maintaining records and reports related to the assigned programs and activities.
