Tucson Unified School District is seeking an office assistant to support a school or department office in Tucson, AZ. The role involves typing, filing, maintaining records, and receptionist duties as needed by the assignment area.
Requires 2 years in office procedures, 1 year computer/word processing skills, basic math, and strong English communication. Applicants will undergo FBI background check and immunization proof; 12-month calendar with 8-hour days at Tucson High Magnet School.
Performs a variety of general office work including typing, filing, maintaining personnel, student or fiscal records and receptionist duties in support of a TUSD school or department office. May have additional functions depending on area of assignment.

FTE: 1.0 - 8 hours per day
Work Calendar: 12 month
Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
