BronxWorks seeks a Program Specialist (Office Assistant) to join Cooper Gardens in the Bronx. You will provide direct services to clients, conduct intake and referrals, and support program operations with clerical tasks and data entry.
The role requires 1-2 years’ related experience, an Associate’s degree or some college, English proficiency (second language preferred), and ability to travel to program sites as needed.

BronxWorks is seeking one Program Specialist (Office Assistant) to join a diverse and enthusiastic team at Cooper Gardens, a multi building supportive housing program located in the Bronx, NY (walking distance to Arthur Avenue.) Cooper Gardens provides services and permanent housing to 95 formerly homeless households, consisting of both individuals and families with children. The ideal candidate is passionate about teamwork, has some experience in office and administrative support, and has an interest in working with the populations we serve.
