Job summary

Premier Eye Associates is seeking an Office Assistant to join our growing private practice in Prattville, AL. You’ll welcome patients, handle check-in/check-out, answer phones, schedule appointments, and support front-office operations while learning multiple areas of eye care.

No prior eye care experience is required; we provide on-the-job training. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow as you gain experience in front desk, clinical

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or front-office experience preferred.
  • Medical/healthcare or optical experience is a plus.
  • Able to learn multiple areas of eye care on the job.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in/out patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments.
  • Support front-office operations and assist with health histories and pre-testing.
  • Guide patients through clinical flow and educate on routine eye care.
  • Assist with frame selection and eyewear services.
