The North Carolina State Highway Patrol is seeking an Administrative Specialist I (S) to provide administrative support to the Medical Office Staff and assist with scheduling, data entry, and medical records at the Raleigh office.

Position requires a high school diploma or GED with two years of related administrative experience; the role also involves maintaining training records and coordinating training programs for multiple agencies. Typical schedule is Monday-Thursday 6:00am–4:00pm.

  • Process and maintain records related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, forms, and other administrative documents.
