Pay rate: $20 - 22/hr.

Schedule: Part time, 5-6 hours a day, 4 days a week (no set schedule)



Office Assistant responsibilities:



  • Greet visitors and manage phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

  • Schedule appointments, manage office calendar, and perform general clerical duties

  • Handle mail and deliveries (USPS, FedEx, UPS) and maintain office cleanliness, including kitchen upkeep

  • Prepare and maintain beverage stations and order office supplies

  • Attend monthly meetings, take minutes, and assist with special projects and other assigned duties




Qualifications:



  • 1-2 years of relevant experience

  • Proficiency with email (Outlook) and attachments

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel - basic formulas and formatting functions

  • Proficient with Mail Merge
