Position Purpose
The Office and Training Manager leads Attain’s agency-wide employee training program while managing corporate and regional office administrative operations. This position ensures staff receive timely, compliant orientation and ongoing regulatory education, while supervising administrative and training support staff and serving as the primary liaison for onboarding and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Curriculum Leadership: Develop the annual training calendar, create learning materials, and manage orientation, competency assessments, and Florida TRAIN enrollments.
Compliance & Audits: Monitor and enforce compliance for initial, annual, and position-specific certifications (including APD, Medicaid, DCF, CPR, PCM, HIPAA, Zero Tolerance, and medication administration) while maintaining audit-ready Relias records.
Staff Supervision & Onboarding: Supervise and mentor the Training Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and Regional Office Coordinators. Oversee post-orientation follow-ups and employee check-ins to boost retention.
Office Operations: Manage daily corporate office functions, reception, supply inventory, meeting room scheduling, and administrative support for Executive Leadership.
Leadership & Reporting: Track departmental goals, produce monthly compliance metrics, and collaborate with HR, Clinical, Nursing, and Operations teams to implement quality improvements.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in training, office management, or HR; 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred. Experience in healthcare, developmental disabilities, or non-profits preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and office software.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
Professional office environment with periodic travel to residential and administrative sites.
Requires sitting, standing, walking, computer operation, and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
