Description

We are seeking an experienced and personable Group Office Administrator to join our team of highly qualified staff members. As a Group Office Administrator, you will primarily support the Information Fusion and Artificial Intelligence (A4I) group in the Non-Kinetic Warfare Branch (A4), with potential assistance to other groups within the branch as needed.

Note: This is a part-time position, 20 hours a week.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative and office support to 25+ staff members in A4I, including document management, tracking group activities, onboarding, and scheduling.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and strategic planning support.
  • Manage financial tracking and reporting using APL tools like MINK.
  • Support security functions as the Group Security Representative, including training and maintaining security documentation.
  • Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and office setup for new staff.
  • Track group resources, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma with academic excellence or a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of administrative support experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Dependability, initiative, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Preferred qualifications include a college degree, knowledge of APL policies, and technical writing skills.
