Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers and routes incoming calls, greets vendors, customers, and other visitors.
• Provides excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Administers electronic loan file processes for the branch office.
• Maintains knowledge and uses IT systems in lending and office administration.
• Collects loan payments and services loans as needed.
• Operates standard office equipment (computers, shredders, telephones, printers, scanners).
• Assists lending staff with loan workflow management.
• Assists staff with special projects, including marketing and community events.
