We're Hiring: Office Administrator / Legal Assistant – Estates & Trusts
Location: Pittsburgh, PA | On-site | $55k-$65k

Join a respected, family-owned law firm in Pittsburgh that provides comprehensive estate planning, elder law, and business planning services — from drafting wills and trusts to implementing advanced tax strategies and asset protection techniques.

This is more than just an admin role — it's the heartbeat of the office. You’ll play a critical part in delivering compassionate, organized, and reliable support for clients during some of life’s most sensitive transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Prepare, format, and file estate planning documents, probate filings, and trust administration paperwork
  • • Manage client communications with professionalism and empathy
  • • Schedule and coordinate meetings, maintain attorney calendars, and track key deadlines
  • • Liaise with courts, financial institutions, and beneficiaries
  • • Organize and maintain client files and confidential documents
  • • Perform general office support tasks including filing, scanning, and correspondence

What We’re Looking For:

  • • 2+ years of experience in a law firm, estate planning, or trust/estate administration role
  • • Solid understanding of probate procedures and estate planning documents (preferred)
  • • Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
  • • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) — experience with legal software is a plus
