Modern Recycled Spaces, a developer of unique commercial real estate, seeks a full-time Accounts Payable/Bookkeeper/Office Admin to help our team develop and manage our factory buildings to their best potential. We are looking for a dedicated new team member to support the growth of our company in our bright, modern offices.

Position: Accounts Payable/Bookkeeper/Office Admin
Role:

Perform various accounts payable, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming vendor invoices via email and mail.
  • Input vendor invoices into the Yardi Payscan system, adding necessary details and routing for approval.
  • Maintain documentation for 1099 vendors and manage associated accounts in Yardi.
  • Monitor cash balances and communicate with the CFO about any issues.
  • Create payable batches, print checks, and handle payments.
  • File paid invoices following company policy.
  • Assist in updating accounts payable policies and procedures.
  • Support property management administrative tasks such as answering phones, ordering supplies, maintaining archives, and updating insurance certificates.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Team player with strong project management skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Yardi or similar bookkeeping systems, Microsoft Word, Office, and Excel.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
