The Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Roanoke, VA. This position is a pivotal leadership role within an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy clinic, that manages daily office operations. This position bridges the gap between clinical operations and administrative efficiency, ensuring that BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff can deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs. This position oversees many varied tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars for clinicians, assisting with client intake, and organizing client records and documentation. The Office Administrator also oversees office supplies and equipment, coordinates incoming calls and emails, and greets clients and visitors to ensure a welcoming, professional environment. The role includes supporting billing and insurance processes, preparing and updating forms, document review, and maintaining accurate data in practice management systems. The Office Administrator collaborates closely with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient workflows and high-quality service for clients and families.
