Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Lincoln, NE. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the President, Board of Directors, committees and other staff, ensuring timely delivery of communication with members, delivering excellent customer service, assisting with (3) monthly social events along with the opportunity to contribute to our social media efforts.

  • Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in administrative roles
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - particularly Excel
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Associate's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
