CIC Construction Group in Cary, NC is seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Manager with strong life sciences project experience. You will lead planning, budgeting, and coordination with consultants, engineers, contractors, accountants, and operations teams to deliver projects from concept through closeout.

The role requires leadership, time management, and collaboration skills, proficiency with Procore and Primavera, and the ability to manage project P&L, schedules, and LEED reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering or accounting.
• 5+ years of industrial construction project management experience.
• Procore and Primavera software knowledge.
• Familiarity with Touch Plan or similar tasking software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task with a diverse team.

Responsabilités

• Plan, budget, and allocate project resources with stakeholders.
• Lead buy-out and subcontractor selection.
• Manage project P&L and monthly billing.
• Oversee site safety, QA, and weekly schedules.
• Maintain Procore project files (RFI, Submittals, Change Orders).
• Generate weekly cost reports and LEED reporting.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking ahighly motivated Construction Project Managerwith strong experience inLife Sciences construction projects. This role is ideal for a results‑driven professional with excellent time management, leadership, and collaboration skills.

The Construction Project Manager will work closely withconsultants, engineers, contractors, accountants, and operations teamsto successfully deliver projects from planning through closeout. The Construction Project Manager will be a key contributor to our dynamic team in Cary, North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Clients, Engineers, and Supervisors in effective project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Conduct project buy-out and assign the suitable subcontractors to the project
• Manage project P&L for optimal results and benefits
• Participate in weekly and monthly job site safety walks
• Oversee supervision for Quality Assurance and Controls
• Ensure timely completion of tasks according to weekly schedules
• Manage project files in Procore, including updating RFI, Submittals, and Change Orders
• Compile and record weekly actual costs and provide monthly billing to clients
• Foster and nurture relationships with potential and existing through regular meetings
• Actively engage in regional outreach expos to connect with clients and professional associations
• Generate weekly reports on Davis/Bacon Wages and fulfill LEED requirement reporting
• Conduct lessons learned analysis during project closeout

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering or accounting (Required)
• Minimum5 years of relevant work experiencein industrial construction project management
• Proficiency in computer skills and software programs commonly used in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of Procore and Primavera software
• Familiarity with using Touch Plan or a similar tasking software
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively and collaborate with a diverse project team
