Findhelp, headquartered in Austin, Texas, is seeking a hands-on Front Office Operations professional to own the onsite workplace experience. You will welcome guests, assist with onboarding, manage badges, mail, and kitchen stocking, and support events and local partnerships.
The role requires 3–5+ years in front office roles, a high school diploma, and strong organizational/communication skills. This is an onsite role in Austin with regular hours during the week.

In this role, you will own and elevate the onsite workplace experience, serving as the front-office ambassador for guest, candidate, and new hire onboarding hospitality. You will manage daily administrative and facility logistics - including visitor badging security, mail distribution, library tracking, and JIRA ticket support. This position ensures complete daily office readiness through hands-on kitchen stocking, catering help, and weekly maintenance, while also supporting company events and community initiatives like our Padron Elementary partnership.
