Compensation Range: $65,000 – $75,000 / year

Utilizing industrialized 3D-bioprinting and proprietary bio-inks, the platform dissociates a live patient tumor biopsy and re-assembles it into hundreds of identical, reproducible "3D micro-tumors" that perfectly mimic the human tumor microenvironment.
The Lab Operations Associate serves as the organizational and logistics hub of our Philadelphia footprint. You will ensure our staff have the necessary supplies and administrative support to operate at peak efficiency, managing internal supply chains and coordinating logistics with GenVault.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a Life Sciences discipline.
Experience: 3+ years of successful laboratory procurement, office management, or operations coordination experience inside a scaling biotech startup environment. Or graduate from laboratory or life sciences background.
Competencies: Highly organized and proactive; fluent with biotech purchasing networks; and comfortable managing fast-moving logistical timelines
