Qualifications

• Real-world hands-on experience delivering messaging and collaboration solutions utilizing Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 within large complex environments.
• SME for applications across the Office 365 Stack including OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Entra, Sentinel, Defender, Intune.

Responsibilities

• Surface and analyze customer business requirements.
• Translate requirements into an Architectural design and influence the deployment of key infrastructure components
• Design, construct, configure, and maintain all facets of an Office 365 Tenant
• Plan and execute an end-to-end implementation of the target workloads
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of existing and emerging Office 365 technologies
• Be up to date on new technologies within Office 365 that could benefit customers
• Break/Fix escalated tier 3 and tier 4 issues related to M365
• Security analysis and configuration using Defender and Sentinel
• Develop and manage client interaction/relationships
