Job summary
Planet Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Office 365 Managed Services Consultant to support impactful projects for the public sector. You will engage with clients to design, implement, and secure Office 365 ecosystems, including Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, and EMS components.
The role emphasizes building lasting client relationships, technical leadership, and hands‑on delivery across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Office 365 and related core technologies including Defender and Sentinel.
- Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and Entra ID.
- Strong security posture knowledge and incident response experience.
Responsibilities
- Surface and analyze customer business requirements.
- Translate requirements into an architectural design and influence deployment.
- Design, configure, and maintain all facets of an Office 365 Tenant.
- Plan and execute end‑to‑end implementations of target workloads.
- Maintain understanding of existing and emerging Office 365 technologies.
- Stay up to date on new Office 365 capabilities for customers.
- Break/Fix escalations for M365 at tier 3/4 levels.
- Security analysis and configuration using Defender and Sentinel.
- Develop and manage client relationships.
