Location: Edison, NJ

Description:

We’re recruiting for someone with strong, proven, hands-on architectural design, development, migration, and management experience with Office 365 – Exchange (email), Active Directory services, and Skype for Business.

Qualifications:

1. In-depth understanding of the capabilities of MS Office 365.
2. Expertise must include architectural design, development, migration, management, and supporting O365 implementations.
3. Proven experience with Microsoft Active Directory services including forest and domain design, policies, trusts, replication, and topology.
4. Proven experience with Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) design, topology, and integration with various products.
5. Significant experience with Microsoft Exchange services, design, and topology.
6. Proven experience with Microsoft Office 365 (including hybrid) services, design, topology, and migration.
7. Hands-on experience must include Exchange (email, calendar, notes, address book) to O365, and Notes (email, calendar, notes, address book) to O365 migration.
8. Proven experience with integration of these technologies with various security capabilities including mail gateways, multi-factor authentication, encryption, and e-discovery.
9. Proven experience with integration of these technologies with various network capabilities including WAN acceleration, proxies, and load balancers.
10. Proven experience with design and development of migration strategies and service management services for all technical solution components relevant to this role.
11. Proven experience with Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business (including voice) services, design, and topology.
12. Proven experience with Cisco Unified Communications services, design, and topology.
13. Proven experience with design of solutions to integrate and support telephony systems, both PABX and VOIP (and hybrids).
14. Proven experience with integration of these technologies with telephony, video, presence, and messaging systems.
15. Proven experience with Microsoft SharePoint services, design, and topology.
16. Strong communication skills and ability to work without guidance or oversight.
