Job summary

Gormat is seeking a CNO Software Developer to join our team in support of specialized military cyber operations. You will rapidly prototype offensive cyber capabilities on-site with senior engineers to meet complex and evolving mission needs.

Join a small team focused on high-level cyber expertise, Windows/Linux internals, and rapid prototyping for national security objectives. Fort Meade/Columbia, MD on customer site; TS/SCI with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• USCC JQR qualified personnel with offensive cyber ops experience.
• 5+ years in exploit/CNO tool development; MS degree allows 3+ years extra exp in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency in .NET, Python, C/C++, or ASM.
• Ability to analyze & engineer exploits for stability and testability.
• OS knowledge on Linux or Windows; documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly prototype offensive cyber capabilities with senior engineers.
• Embed on-site with mission team near C, Windows internals.
• Collaborate with vulnerability research and ensure product meets ops needs.
• Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and conduct reviews.
• Apply red/purple team expertise to deliver mission-critical solutions.
