Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Offensive Cyber Operations Instructor to train cyber professionals supporting national security objectives. You will teach offensive concepts, contribute to curriculum and scenario-based training, and collaborate with fellow instructors to integrate tools and materials.

The position requires extensive DoD OCO/CNO experience, the ability to travel up to 50%, and TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience with military or DoD offensive cyberspace operations including execution, initial access, effects delivery, post-exploitation, or tool development.
• Experience contributing to offensive mission planning from a technical execution, analysis, or development perspective.
• Experience translating operational intent into technically executable cyber tasks.
• Experience developing or supporting concepts of operation for cyber operations.

Responsibilities

• Teach offensive cyber concepts, execution approaches, and operational integration to students.
• Support curriculum development, instructional materials, tool integration, and scenario-based training.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and stakeholders on program delivery.
