Zusammenfassung

Keeton-Corrections-2 is seeking a part-time Resident Monitor to provide accountability for male and female offenders across all shifts, 24/7, in Birmingham, AL. The role is hourly non-exempt and eligible for overtime after 40 hours in a work week.

You will report violations, maintain community relationships, oversee sign in/out procedures, conduct safety inspections, collect urine samples, perform searches, and assist with emergency procedures and meals distribution while submitting reports to

Qualifikationen

• Report accountability violations of all offenders and inform Supervisors.
• Maintain relationships with organizations, groups, individuals, and community sources.
• Assure offender accountability by proper sign in/out procedures.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly safety, security and sanitation inspections.
• Conduct on-site collection of urine samples, vehicle searches, pat searches, and facility searches.
• Assist in familiarizing offenders with emergency procedures.
• Submit reports, time sheets, mileage sheets, vacation and sick leave requests to Director for approval.
• Attend and participate in monthly staff meetings and trainings.
• Maintain effective relationships with staff and enforce policies.
• Assist with other duties as deemed necessary by the Director.
• Follow Organizational Chart for chain of command.
