Job summary

Key Fasteners Corporation in Berne, IN is seeking a Welding Operator for off shift. You will perform machine set-up, operation, troubleshooting, adjustments and minor repairs, with 2 months training on first shift.

Compensation starts at $21.50 per hour plus a $1.50 shift premium on off shift. Eligible for bonuses up to $5,000 per year and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401(k) with company match. Paid holidays and vacation included.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Machine operation and set-up experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Machine set-up, operation, troubleshoot, adjustments and minor repairs.
• Setup and operate single and/or multiple machines to produce quality products.
• Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, forklift operation and machine repair.
• Quality control and production reporting.
• Extensive training program.
