Qualifications

• 2 years minimum ICU and/or Emergency Room.
• Mass RN license, BLS and ACLS.

• Provide in-the-moment clinical care and/or coaching to staff.
• Help ensure regulatory readiness and educate on practice changes.
• Gather performance/quality data and apply evidence-based data and clinical inquiry to guide staff.
