Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-the-moment clinical care and coaching to direct care staff.
• Support regulatory readiness and educate staff on practice changes.
• Gather performance and quality data and apply evidence-based practice to guide staff.
• Engage with staff, patients, families and clinical leadership to improve care.
