Job summary

Kdc One is seeking a Quality Supervisor for an off-shift on-site role in Groveport, OH. You will lead a QA/QC team to ensure products meet GMP and FDA standards, driving issue resolution and continuous improvement.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in a related science and 3+ years of supervisory experience in lab settings, preferably cosmetics or pharmaceuticals, with a strong compliance mindset and ability to lead cross-functional efforts.

Qualifications

• Lead a team of QA/QC professionals to meet production goals with GMP/FDA standards.
• Investigate quality issues and implement timely resolutions.
• Conduct root cause analyses and preventive actions.
• Support audits and ensure documentation for launches and transfers.
