Autoneum is the global market leader in acoustics and thermal management. The company is a leading Swiss supplier of sustainable acoustic and thermal management solutions for vehicles. It develops and manufactures multifunctional, lightweight components for noise and heat protection. This position is full-time and onsite at our manufacturing facility in Norwalk, Ohio.

The ideal candidate will oversee the safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, ensuring efficient daily operations, and coordinating a team of production employees to produce consistent, high-quality goods.

Responsibilities

• Produce parts according to quality standards and requirements
• Coordinate and audit work activities to ensure adherence to production guidelines, work instructions, and processes
• Develop, direct, and manage personnel engaged in manufacturing to meet product quality standards and customer expectations
• Understand, apply, and enforce all company policies, safety rules, and procedures
• Prevent non-conformities relating to products, processes, and quality systems
• Identify risks and escalate contingency plans
• Lead team members while tracking performance metrics
• Manage employee reviews, discipline, promotions, and verify time-off requests

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Excel, with 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Ability to act independently
