OFF SHIFT MAINTENANCE TECHS role at Wayne Russell & Associates LLC
We are looking to fill several full-time, off-shift Maintenance Technician positions for a manufacturer located in the general area of Browntown / Monroe, WI. These are OFF SHIFT positions on 3rd shift (9:00 PM - 5:30 AM) and 2nd shift (1:00 PM - 9:30 PM). There are no day shift positions at this time.
Salary Range: $22 to $41 base per hour plus $2.25 per hour shift premium. Also includes a $750.00 sign-on bonus.
The Industrial Maintenance Technician performs various maintenance tasks to ensure preventative/proactive maintenance and timely repair per written and verbal procedures in a safe, efficient, and quality manner.
What You'll Do
- During regular production periods, determine the need for and perform repair and troubleshooting of electrical circuits and controls, ensuring minimal delay or downtime.
- Engages in numerous preventative maintenance procedures specifically pertaining to overall machinery operations controlled by electrical components.
- Denotes the skills that must be verified by a certificate of completion in continued education.
- Demonstrates compliance with safety and environmental procedures.
- Specialized skills or technical training may be substituted to fulfill part of this requirement at the discretion of maintenance management.
- Must demonstrate a dedication to excellence, example, and the absence of crisis through preventative maintenance.

What We Need From You
- Demonstrated expertise in industrial maintenance
- Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
- Must possess mechanical aptitude and be willing to learn
- Must possess the ability to follow written and verbal directions
- Must possess physical capability to move freely throughout the facility, walk, stand, bend, use ladders, lift fifty pounds on a regular basis, and operate powered machinery and tools
- Must be trained in hazard recognition, PPE requirements and use, lockout/tagout, confined space procedures, emergency procedures, and any other safety requirements for employment
