Job summary
Toyoda Gosei Americas in Kentucky is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform planned maintenance on production equipment and analyze downtime to prevent recurrence. Qualified candidates have an associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent experience, proficient problem solving, and familiarity with JD Edwards, Excel, and maintenance best
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Experience using Microsoft Office systems; Excel and Word a plus.
- Experience using JD Edwards a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform planned maintenance for production equipment.
- Analyze machine failures for trends and implement countermeasures to prevent reoccurrence.
- Respond to immediate downtime for production equipment and facilitate repair with dept.
- Manage work activity and spare parts using JD Edwards system.
- Visual monthly checks on equipment.
- Follow EMS procedures to minimize environmental impact.
