Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Brownsville, TN is seeking a Maintenance Tech to perform off-shift maintenance on electromechanical equipment.

Responsibilities include blueprints interpretation, parts fabrication, troubleshooting per 70E/OSHA, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. The role requires 3 years in industrial maintenance, a strong electrical background, and the ability to work all shifts, including some weekends.

Qualifications

3 years of industrial Maintenance experience.
Technical certificates or equivalent preferred.
Strong electrical background preferred.
Must be able to work all shifts (including some weekends).
Must be able to work professionally and well with others.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints/schematics.
Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades.
Troubleshoot equipment failures using established methods and OSHA requirements (70E).
Use test equipment to verify failed components for replacement.
Maintain inventory and parts in maintenance software.
Carry out preventive maintenance on equipment and install new equipment to specifications.
Communicate with production team and assist with training when requested.
Document work activity daily and provide detailed handoffs to the next shift.
Maintain maintenance reports as required.
Provide feedback on equipment conditions and be proactive about failures.
