Responsibilities

  • Coach guests of all skill levels, adapting teaching to each driver.
  • Break down vehicle systems and off-road techniques clearly.
  • Lead mixed-ability groups across varied terrain and weather.
  • Read the trail and adjust routes or pacing as conditions change.
  • Handle trail repairs and routine maintenance as needed.
  • Flag maintenance needs to the appropriate team.
  • Keep vehicles and trail equipment guest-ready and clean.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned.
