Job summary

Ford Racing seeks an Off-Road Experiences Manager to lead development, execution, and expansion of Ford's global Off-Road Driving Experiences, including Bronco Off-Roadeo, Raptor programs, and Ford Off-Road Adventures.

This hybrid role balances ongoing operations with new initiatives, manages budgets and partnerships, and leads a team to drive engagement and ROI. The position is based with at least four days onsite in Allen Park, MI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in customer experience, marketing, or program management.
• 7+ years of experience in the Motorsports or Off-Road/Outdoor industry.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, development, and execution of Ford's Off-Road Driving Experiences, balancing ongoing operations with new initiatives.
• Manage and develop a team of direct reports, setting clear performance goals and conducting reviews.
• Oversee relationships with partners and vendors to ensure brand, standards, and financial targets.
• Guide curricula development for off-road programs using market insights and trends.
• Direct program-level operations, logistics, and on-site execution standards.
• Coordinate global market alignment with regional teams to scale initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Communications, Marketing, and Dealer Relations to integrate experiences into Brand portfolios.
• Develop, manage, and forecast program budgets to meet targets.
