Job summary

Rebel Off Road is hiring two off-road automotive mechanics/technicians for its shops in California and Texas. The role requires 3+ years of experience in the 4x4/off-road automotive industry and the ability to manage multiple builds with a team.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and own tools and toolbox. You will install suspension, axles, steering, and a variety of vehicle accessories, perform wiring, fabrication, and welding as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the 4x4/off-road automotive industry.
• Ability to manage multiple builds and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install suspension components, axles, steering and related parts.
• Set up of steering and suspension geometry.
• Install accessories including drivetrains, fenders, bumpers, lighting, tents, racks and recovery gear.

3+ years' experience within the 4x4 off road and automotive industry is a must!

Duties to be performed include, but are not limited to:

• Installation of suspension components, axles, steering and other related parts.
• Set up of steering and suspension geometry
• Installing accessories, including, but not limited to drivetrains, fenders, bumpers, lighting and lighting mounts, tents, bed racks, roof racks, recovery equipment and other overland vehicle accessories.
• Wiring of accessories
• Light fabricating
• Welding
