Lakewood, CO, US

Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $140,000.00 Annually

Tired of the same repairs, day in and day out? Ready to turn your passion for off-roading, custom builds, and performance upgrades into a career?

RSG Offroad is looking for an experienced Off-Road & Overland Technician to join our team in Lakewood, Colorado!

This isn't your average automotive technician opportunity.

We're looking for someone who gets excited about custom suspension setups, aftermarket upgrades, fabrication, and building vehicles that are ready to tackle everything from Colorado mountain trails to serious off-road adventures.

RSG Offroad specializes in off-road modifications, custom builds, and overlanding equipment, with a strong focus on Toyota trucks and SUVs, including Tacomas, 4Runners, Tundras, and Land Cruisers. While Toyota is a major part of what we do, our passion extends to creating capable, purpose-built vehicles and delivering exceptional craftsmanship across a variety of platforms.

If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving unique mechanical challenges, and want to work on vehicles you're genuinely passionate about, we want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

At RSG Offroad, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of custom builds, off-road upgrades, and overland projects, including:

Suspension & Lift Kits: Installing aftermarket suspension systems, lift kits, coilovers, shocks, and related components.

Bumpers & Vehicle Protection: Installing aftermarket bumpers, skid plates, rock sliders, winches, and other accessories.

Lighting & Electrical: Wiring aftermarket lights, light bars, switches, auxiliary power systems, and other electrical accessories.

Alignments & Tire Fitment: Understanding suspension geometry, wheel offsets, alignments, and modifications necessary to accommodate oversized tires.

Fabrication & Welding: Cutting, trimming, welding, and performing custom modifications for proper fitment and functionality.

Overlanding Equipment: Installing roof racks, rooftop tents, bed racks, storage systems, and other adventure-ready accessories.

Mechanical Repairs & Diagnostics: Applying strong automotive fundamentals to troubleshoot issues and ensure every build performs as well as it looks.

Experience with leading aftermarket brands is a major plus, including:

Familiarity with Toyota off-road platforms is especially valuable, but we're also interested in experienced technicians with strong aftermarket, fabrication, and off-road modification backgrounds.

You don't need to have mastered every specialty. We're looking for someone with a strong mechanical foundation, hands-on experience, and the motivation to continue developing their skills.
