Off-Road Truck & Heavy Equipment Operator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-workingOff-Road Truck & Heavy Equipment Operator for a company based in Fredericksburg, VA. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for operating a roller and off-road truck to compact and haul material on job sites per the job specifications.

Pay Rate
$24.00-$25 per hour DOE

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday

Off-Road Truck & Heavy Equipment Operator Duties and Responsibilities

1. Operate off-road truck and roller for construction of earthwork structures, such as highways, streets, temporary roads, and site developments.
2. Operate equipment at the required production pace while observing reference stakes or hand signals of assisting workers.
3. Perform labor tasks and operate other small equipment and tools to job specifications.
4. Safely operate machines, perform minor maintenance and upkeep of equipment.

Off-Road Truck & Heavy Equipment Operator Qualifications and Requirements

1. 3+ years operating heavy equipment specifically off-truck and roller.
2. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
3. Requires extensive physical ability.
4. Pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening (INCLUDING THC).
